Our cancellation policy is quite fair. We understand things come up, so should an unexpected conference call arise or a meeting run late, we completely understand. In order for us to deliver the level of service that is expected at Deleón, clients that arrive 15 minutes after their appointment time will be considered a no-show.
We also understand that situations occur in which you must cancel your appointment. Therefore, we request that if you must cancel please provide at least a 24 hours notice. This will enable another person who is waiting to be scheduled at that time. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients.
